Locations such as Inch Wildlife Reserve is ideal for a bike delivery as the route is well established with no motor vehciles permitted, so safe for the family to enjoy at your own pace. With our Cycling packages we have a number of recommended routes to follow including:

  • Inishowen 100 - Tour of Inishowen 100 in reverse - link includes map and elavation for the tour
  • Hilly route - 80km route includes map and elevation
  • Rolling route - 100km rolling route, perfect for an endurance or tempo training route

 

 

Mizen to Malin Head Route


It is a gruelling 30 hour trek covering a distance of approx 570km but as we are located near Malin Head we are ideally situated for you as a relaxing hotel at the end or start of your journey.

 

Inishowen 100

It may sound like a formula 1 race, but it gets it name from the approximate distance in miles of the sign-posted drive, which officially starts in newtoncunningham on the Inishowen Peninsula. You will certainly not wish to break any speed records as you linger and savour the many historical gems in Inishowen, Irelands largest Peninsula, has to offer.

 

Blue Route (Difficult)

From Moville to Greencastle Port, Shroove, Upper Greencastle and then onto first climb over Cooks Hill, Kinnagoe Bay, Ballymagaraghy, Tremone, Culdaff, Portaleen, Ballysalagh, Bree, Malin Head, and south along the coast to Malin Town. Last leg is through Carndonagh, Ballyliffin, Clonmany and over Mamore Gap before reaching Buncrana after 157k.(98 miles).

 

Yellow Route (Moderate)

From Moville to Lecamy, Gleneely and Culdaff, Carndonagh, Ballyliffin, Clonmany, Drumfries and Buncrana. Its 100k but the break at Culdaff will take much of the pain out of it.

 

Green Route (Easy)

At Quigleys Point turn left turn for Carndonagh, journey through Ballyliffin, Clonmany, Drumfries to Buncrana will have covered a round trip of 75k.(47 miles).
